With HICAPS on-the-spot claiming, you can say goodbye to complicated claim processes! We process your health fund claims instantly, and you’ll only need to pay the gap amount, saving you time and hassle. Our HICAPS terminal can accept both physical and mobile phone digital cards.

Patients with private health insurance will be eligible for cover in line with their policy limits. We are preferred providers with HCF and CBHS, yet patients with other popular insurance companies such as HBF, HIF, AHM and so on can still receive the same maximum rebate across all aspects of dentistry from check and cleans to restorative work in our clinic, as anywhere else.

Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)

We’re passionate about children’s dental health. As CDBS participants, we provide eligible children with essential dental services at no or minimal cost, ensuring your child’s smile stays healthy and bright. Services included in this scheme:

General dental care including examination , x-ray radiographs and cleaning
Preventative dental care including fissure seals and fluoride applications
Restorative care
Extractions

Metro Subsidy

We also accept Metro Subsidy forms for patients who are eligible to receive government funded treatment in a private dental clinic setting. Both general and emergency care forms can be used.

Veteran Affairs

We accept Veteran Affairs patients who are eligible under this scheme.
